Service was much better than I could have hoped for. From my call for service, until service man arrived was less than 1 1/2 hours! Tremendous service.

Excellent service in replacing our hot water heater. We got an immediate response from our phone call and the technician was very competent and listened to all of our concerns. We have used Dimone many times and will continue to do so!!

In 2021 Parlier replaced our existing tankless water heater with a new one. We had decided to go with their company because of a good experience we previously had with a dishwasher installation.When Parlier performed the annual service on the water heater the following year, we pointed out a problem we were experiencing - the inability to easily get cold water from the faucets. Parlier was unable to diagnose or correct the problem and ultimately suggested it was a house plumbing problem, but had no idea what that problem was.This year we called another company to perform the annual service and hopefully diagnose and finally fix the cold water problem. They immediately identified the cause of the cold water issue - Parlier had capped off the house’s dedicated return line that the previous water heater had used, and installed a thermal bypass valve instead. This was done with NO mention by the installer that performance of the new system would be anything less than optimal. So the cold water problem that we’d been living with for all this time was clearly a direct result of Parlier’s improper installation.In addition to the return line issue, Parlier had installed an aluminum catch pan and run the condensate from the new water heater directly into the pan instead of piped to a condensate drain. As the condensate is acidic, it had corroded the aluminum pan and was leaking all around the pan’s drain. Not being a plumber myself, I didn’t realize at the time that these things were improper. But for a licensed plumber there should be no excuse. The new plumber this year was able to get this all corrected and everything working properly - but needless to say, at significant expense to us.I held off posting a review about this until first bringing it to the attention of Parlier (now DiMone-Parlier). So, last month I sent emails with photos clearly depicting the issues to both the manager and the current owner of the company. I had hopes of them taking ownership of the situation, maybe telling me it’s not typical of their work, and at least acknowledging that it shouldn’t have happened. It may have precluded this unfavorable review. But given that it’s now been a full month since my emails without responding, it’s evident they have no intention of doing so. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a top priority of this company.

We’ve used them twice and are very pleased with their service. Super friendly.
